I had to replace a sump pump recently. When I started looking at bids to do the work, Diaz construction was the first to respond. The estimate was reasonable, and Enrique got the pump and installed it just days after the estimate. I was amazed at how fast the work went. Something that would've been really difficult for me was very easy for a pro. I recommend Diaz construction.

I have been in Marin since the early sixties. Our first home cost $34,000! I have used at least 15 or 20 construction firms over the years and had every sort of experience, from shoddy and downright dishonest to truly excellent. Number 1. they are pros, and know what they are doing 2. you can't fake customer appreciation, these guys take care of you, are there when they say they will be, honor their quotes, and are back in a flash to solve any minor problems that might pop up. 3. They are always friendly and easy going. Diaz Construction has been doing all of our construction projects since 2016, we would not use anyone else. They really are FIVE STAR! I was looking for a construction company who could handle some significant dry rot in a major support beam that supports the second level deck and roof of our home. So, definitely wanted someone I trusted. Heard about Diaz construction on the Nextdoor app and gave Enrique a call. He stopped by the same day and gave me various options to fix the problem. The next day I had a quote that was accurate, detailed and reasonable for the effort involved. Enrique showed up as planned the following week. His team was very efficient and quickly handled the fix as well as some additional dry rot found. The whole job was done in less then 3 days!!
